Additional Physical Information		Additional Information: Kate has a latent telepathic ability which allows her to sense others thoughts as well as at times communicate directly with another person's mind. Her abilities are limited to a range of approximately 2 kilometers, attempts to utilize her abilities focusing on a target further than that is detrimental to her consciousness. She is also able to create a psychic reaction in a target mind, with the end result of the targeted individual becoming disoriented and nauseous. With concentration, she has on occasion been able to make a targeted individual see what she wants them to do - though the effort this takes is extraordinary and causes headache pain for Kate. This ability seems to come from her mother's linage. She has a defensive psi-shield, which lets her block out other minds otherwise the constant background noise would prove overly distracting.
